Shipping, Local Pick-Up, & Return Polices
Order Processing:
Your orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after you receive your confirmation email. We'll send you another notification once your order is on its way. Please note, that during peak times, there might be slight delays. Generally, orders arrive within 2 weeks.
Local Pick-Up:
For local pick-up, swing by H.O.M.E. at 615 Main St g1, Nashville, TN 37206. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm. We'll send you a calendar link to schedule a convenient time to collect your order. Don't forget your ID!
Order Status:
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with all the details. If 14 days have passed since you got your shipping confirmation and your order still hasn't arrived, reach out to us at support@tellafriend.vip with your name and order number, and we'll sort it out.
Refunds, Returns, Exchanges:
Unused items in their original condition are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. We'll refund the full amount minus shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, send us an email at support@tellafriend.vip with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out for you.
